Hi All

Welcome to Summer!! Engineers today were: Brian, Julie, Eric, and Edwin

A sweltering day in San Diego, but a few enjoyed the cool air, and a view of the San Diego 3 Railers layout.
We accepted, for the Club, several compliments on the layout.

A large variety of trains was demonstrated for the public. Besides the pictures below, we also ran Thomas and James, Amtrak Superliner, and
a Zephyr. The visitors really got their money's worth at the Toy Train Gallery with a total of TEN different engines and consists.

Eric's CAT is out of the Hat!!

Ed's SD-90 MAC Canadian Pacific crossed the border.

Eric also ran the new MTH Big Boy with its deeeeepp throaty whistle. Woooo... Whooooooooooooo !!!

Brian's MTH Cab Forward held its inaugural run on the SD3R layout. An awesome engine.

Julie ran her Milwaukee Hiawatha by Lionel.

I wonder what was "going down" here? Don't ask !!!

Brian's MTH Challenger of the Great Northern Railway, another articulated engine on the layout (along with Cab Forward and Big Boy)
