This is Jack's train.

I went back in the Lionel catalogs and found a set in the 1946 catalog. Set Number 1402 with... 1666 engine, 2466T tender, two 2440 passenger cars and one 2441 Observation. An extra car is added. The blue cars with the knuckle couplers are in the 1946 and 1947 Lionel catalogs.

Dallas' train... the California Zephyr, Burlington E7 (Williams by Bachmann) with cars by MTH.

NM Jim's K-Line Milwaukee Road passenger train (TMCC).
